RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your Stiir Coffee. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to put it right.

Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on coffee items once opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged goods or order errors. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
